"Thank you for the question and point made. It is a valid question if indeed, the aim of this service were to simply make businesses produce a public apology.
But that is not the aim of the consumers complaint list.
Simply put our aim is to obtain a fair and just result, on behalf of the aggrieved consumer, by forcing the complaint procedure into the public domain............
