the scope of your site to minor niggles / suggestions
/ summary count of people with the same problem.
For instance I have just emailed NTL re lack
of broad band internet service in my area (If
you ask an NTL salesperson they will tell you
installation is next month / this spring ect
).also the digital NTL service offers an online
tv schedule - but it is often wrong - yet other
'sources get the schedule right .I don't expect
an answer to either email - because I'm just
one person - but if the 'complaint' were on
a web site with a tally of how many people had
the same 'complaint' maybe NTL would reply.
The other area is in consumer products -Per
product allowing people to report problems /
niggles (design faults).
