received a letter today saying (basically) "we're
very sorry you've not been particularly happy
and here's £19 for the duplicate refuelling charge"
it's quite simply amazing what companies expect the
customer to just put up with as though they don't have

They tell me they in turn will
respond within a couple of weeks. I would like to
take this opportunity to thank you for your help in
this matter which is very much appreciated.
