Please accept my sincere thanks for taking up my story. After three months of unsuccessful attempts at getting my Complaint resolved, I had nearly given up and felt really frustrated. Please keep up the good work. Regards, Yogesh

Well, it finally looks like I might be getting somewhere with British Gas. I have had 3 mails in the past hour, all from the home movers team in British Gas, one stating my account was now closed, one stating my final bill was on the way, and finally, a mail stating the full amount I owe to the closure of the account, and a date the letter will arrive at my new address.

One thing I would like to say is, Thanks. Not to British Gas, but to you at Clik2complaints, I would have got this far without your help. I fear for the people that don't find your site to help them state a complaint with faceless organizations.
Once again, Thanks, and as my experience of British Gas's bad service is told to friends and family, your good service will be passed on by me and I wish you every success in the future with all you do. Merry Christmas, Gary Brooks.
