text above is lifted from a letter dated 20 January 2003
from Moben Kitchens. This is the first acknowledgment,
response or contact
clik2complaints
has ever received from Moben in response to the many complaints
and stories submitted to this website.
I am not interested in meeting with Moben directors but
we are certainly interested in serving the interests of
the consumer whilst remaining as fair as possible to the
companies.
A reply is going out to Moben, requesting a list of the
complaints they refer to and details of how these have
been resolved. On receipt, we will verify with the complainant
and also publish the fact that Moben has indeed responded
and resolved the matter. The relevant stories will then
be retired.
In our reply, we will also be requesting that Moben Directors,
provide us a dedicated email address contact to refer
further matters published on
clik2complaints.
This should not be a problem, if indeed Moben is serious
