Absolutely brilliant web site for anything hi-fi. Ordered product on line at 13.30, e-mail back at 14.00 saying thanks for order, another e-mail (same day at 15.30) saying goods on way with carrier name, local depot AND tracking number for carrier's manifest.

Surprise, surprise goods turned up at 10.00 AM THE NEXT DAY and NO DELIVERY CHARGE even though I only spent £150.00.

Howzzat for service - and when I phoned the next day to query another product (which they didn't stock) very helpful person suggested several other places to try - including website addresses, phone numbers etc.

Can't praise these people enough
