I have just has a moben kitchen fitted and i have to say that i have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a competent and professional company.

You can imagine that paying 6500 pounds before the work in carried out is a bit daunting, but after such pleasant deilvery men helping in every way possible i started to feel better.

Then it was the night before the men were due to start the work thoughts starting to cloud my head:-

What happens if no one turns up?
What kind of men will they be?
What happens if something goes wrong?

...just then 18:15 the phone rang, it was the fitter. He asked if he could start work at 8am which was fine.

The morning after 8am on the dot two lovely gentleman turned up. After a quick cup of tea looking at the plans they got on with there work and was completed in 3 days.

Every morning there was a call from the Manchester office as courtesy to make sure everything was going ok and if i has any queries.

I must say that Moben kitchens must fit 1000's of kitchens a year and not all can go as smoothly as mine, but i am shocked to see such complaints on here when i am sure that if you called the office they would be more than happy to help!

I’ve just had a Moben kitchen installed. Because of other building work that needed to be done, the kitchen was delivered (on time) back in August, the delivery drivers were very good as my house being in the middle of a Cornish fishing village is not easily accessible, they had to reverse their fan for over ½ mile. Both the initial sales rep and the subsequent surveyor were excellent.

Moben contacted me a number of times asking when I wanted the kitchen installed, I finally had all my building work completed just before xmas and installation started on the 5th Jan. The fitter phoned the night before and two fitters turned up on Monday, one had a stinking cold so only managed to work a couple of days. The other fitted was first class, he worked form 8:30 to 21:30 for four days to get things completed. My kitchen was a nightmare no straight walls uneven floor, two deep alcoves and due to the building work some of the measurements weren’t the same as the survey, despite this the fitter did a fantastic job. One unit did not fit due to the building work I had done, so the fitter constructed me a wine rack to fill the space. All rubbish was collected including some other building rubbish that was nothing to do with the kitchen, the fitter cleaned everything and left the kitchen in a very good clean order. Cheers

and find it only fair to point out a number of points.The designer we had was helpful and practical. He made sure that we did not make aesthetic errors and went out of his was to ensure we were happy. He always had his mobile on and always was happy to talk to us about queries."

I to have had a £11,000 kitchen fitted and I can honestly say that we have had no problems, the fitters were first class. I also know that a neighbour used them and they too are very pleased with the workman ship and the manner in which they carry out there installation.

I have just had a moben kitchen installed and find it only fair to point out a number of points.

The designer we had was helpful and practical. He made sure that we did not make aesthetic errors and went out of his was to ensure we were happy. He always had his mobile on and always was happy to talk to us about queries.

The work completed prior to fitting was timely and at the last minute they managed to change their timescales to suit a problem WE had with being available on the right day. When they found that there was more work than they thought, they just got on with it and didn't quibble. I was amazed, especially as at this point I had read the comments on this site.

Then the installation started, admitedly two hours late (!). There were terrible problems with the electrics in the kitchen which we did not forsee, but Moben ensured that the work was done to make the electrics safe AT NO EXTRA COST. The installation took two days more than expected because of that, and we were grateful for the constant attention and professionalism of the installer (Ed). He was on time every day working from 8 through to 6.

We have a kitchen now that has quality appliances and looks lovely. We are delighted and therefore, as we were orginally concerned by the content of this website, wanted to bring to everyones attention that there are good stories too. The comments from the MOBEN Designer are worth reading before you go somewhere else. I found the Southern Branch of Moben very good and would recommend them.
