Great web site and tv channel, together with sister channel Price-drop.tv. When I wanted to return an item they accepted this and gave me a full refund, no questions asked.

This company does not give false prices, you can find the stuff they sell on the highstreet, but on Bid-up you can get quality for a lot less than the RRP and if by some chance you have to send anything back, you get a full refund of the product and the P & P. Fab firm and their sister channel Price Drop is great also.
