I have been attempting to contact this letting agency since January 2006 by both email and phone. I have only gotten through to them once to talk about returning my deposit of 600 pounds (over $1000). They stated that furnature was missing and the house was 'trashed' but the do not have any documentation of this. They are unable to produce any inventory sheet nor do they have pictures showing the 'trashed' house or even show cleaning costs which they state exceed the deposit.
They refuse to return emails or phone calls.

I have seen the threads and thought i would post my experience. I had a £3,500 bedroom fitted by Hammonds, the service was excellent. I have recommened to friends who have also had them, big thumbs up from me

I ordered a watch for my daughter's birthday, to be delivered the Saturday before. Late Friday afternoon I got a call to say there were "Driver Problems" and the watch could be delivered the day before her birthday.

Explaining how important it was to get the delivery, I offered to pick the watch up from the store to make absolutely sure I had it for her birthday. I was told it was "100% guaranteed" to be delivered as agreed. At 6.20pm I phoned Argos to be told that through an "I.T. error" it had been missed off - sorry will deliver Wednesday.

Despite telling the supervisor how I am now left without a present for her birthday and suggesting they get a courier to deliver it I was told it was "ridiculous" and not "economically viable" to do this, despite it meaning my daughter has no present tomorrow.

How heartless and rude this supervisor and company is. I'll never buy from them again....

I know next to nothing about bathrooms, and placed a sizeable order with an extremely helpful and courteous young man in sales called Tom (I remember as that is my own name!)

He went out of his way to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed, and nothing was too much trouble.

The goods arrived in perfect condition, and well within the timescale specified. I had a query with regards to fitting one of the taps I ordered, which I put across via email, this was replied to promptly and in great detail by a chap called Dave, so I can also vouch for their aftersales service.

I have since recommended Click Bathrooms to my mother, and she has also had an order of them, again she was most satisfied, and found that they did everything they could to aid every stage of her order.

Would whole heartedly recommend!

I recently insured a second car with Churchill but a couple of weeks later had reason to cancel the first car which had been insured with them for 10 months.

They said there is a cancellation fee of 60 odd pounds with only 2 months left to go !.

I appealed to their customer service via e-mail but to no avail rules are rules in microscopic type you owe us 60 odd pounds.

Dont forget my loyalty toward you and the fact that I have another car insured by you I replied.

The nodding dog has suddenly turned deaf !

Any way I am told Tesco are giving away shopping vouchers and club card points. I might just give them a call.
