Toys r us Livingston....
Complete shambles, lack of sales/management skills, arrogant staff, you name it they have it!

My daughter bought a bike and within the first week its been back several times, the last time because the disk brakes seized up throwing her off the bike! On asking for her money back she was refused, with two managers shouting at her in front of other customers and saying there was NO fault and she would be getting no refund. On showing the managers a print out from trading standards, my daughter was also told, " that means nothing to us!" ( obviously their shop staff are mechanics as well as 'well briefed' on the sale of goods act !) so now its now in the hands of trading standards.

Personally, i'll be giving this shambolic bunch of numpties a miss in future! Don't go there, they couldn't organise a bun fight in a bakery!

I have recently had all my windows (including a bow) and doors replaced by Boro Windows and I can say that I have never met a more professional and friendly firm. My needs were taken into account and good advice given. Rob the fitter and his helper even brought their own drinks and would not hear of me making drinks for them at all. They worked really hard and did an excellent job. I am delighted with the final result and would recomend them to anyone. Thanks Rob.

Don't be fooled into ordering consumer electronics from Pixmania; they may be £1 or £5 cheaper, but you'll pay for it in the end. I ordered a portable hard drive in February when I got a new laptop. it was defective, so I returned it and asked for a replacement or a refund. It's now June and I'm still waiting for it!!! For weeks, they sent emails saying they were "attending to it." Then, three weeks ago, they claimed they had already posted it to me. But I'm still waiting. Whatever you do, don't buy from Pixmania.

WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I cant believe a salon can have such a bad service. I booked an appointment and was told to be on time otherwise I wont be treated. I went there on time and was made to wait for 1/2hr.

When I said that I have been waiting 1/2hr, I was told that It is my fault for making the booking that morning for the afternoon. I told her that I think that its unprofessional and was told that they dont have time for this and I should see myself out.

The owner had started getting angry and defensive when she said that and when I toild her calmly that I was just giving my feedback, I was told quite rudely that if I feel this way, then there is the door. We had a screaming match where she was swearing at me.

All because I said that I have been waiting 1/2hr for my appointment!!!!
This is truely the most horrid experience I have ever had!!! DONT EVER GO THERE....

The website for this studio is very impressive promising a first rate quality customer service - but in reality it's nothing like it's promises.

I delivered some important tapes by hand on the 22nd January 2008 for putting onto DVD. I paid there and then and was promised delivery in 4 - 6 weeks which I was quite happy with and so I started to advertise the DVD's for sale - as this was to be a unique technical video the sales were quite amazing.

The time period came and went but no DVD's arrived, I phoned and was given a new delivery date - no DVD's arrived, I emailed -no reply, I emailed again and was informed the order was completed and so I was given a new delivery date - still nothing arrived, I emailed again - no reply and its now been nearly 12 weeks.

If you are thinking of using this company for important work - don't be tempted by their promises - they are meaningless. I now have to resort to the County Court
