Sadly I saw this kind of thing with this company
and the other large computer company beginning with the same
letter!
Instead, we got both our computers from Multivision.co.uk which I personnally
recommend to anyone buying a new PC. Last year when the first computer
would not start, they sent a courier to collect the computer, they replaced
the parts and returned it within a week, all under the guarantee we'd
taken out.
At Christmas I got our second machine from them, an Athlon 1900+, 512mb
ram and Win XP. It doesn't crash all the time, it is very quick. My thoughts
are that your PC is at fault, no way should it do everything you say it
does.
As an aside, ensure with Win XP that you run windows update to download
the critical update patches, as otherwise there are security flaws that
hackers can use all too easily, far from having built in security.

Suggestions: Apply to Companies House
(www.companieshouse.org.uk), spend £15 and you can get the full
name and address of all Tiny's directors.
Then send a registered letter to the MD outlining your complaints.
If he lives not too far from you, perhaps you can pay a visit in person
!
No-one likes work problems to invade their personal life, and if anything
gets this sorted quickly, that would be it.Failing that, you still have
the right of protest.
Stand outside the store where you bought the PC, hand out flyers to potential
customers giving them details of your treatment. Take along a cheap disposable
camera to catch any aggressive behaviour by the store staff (quite likely).
You are fully entitled to protest like this, any threats to call the police
should be welcomed. Any verbal or physical abuse should be witnessed by
a 3rd party if possible and reported to the police and the Tiny MD.
As long as you continue to politely email and telephone these people they
will ignore you. It's easy, what do they have to lose ?Start getting "in
their face" and causing disruption to their little world, and things
will happen.But most of all, you can have a feeling of getting your own
