husband bought me a dress in Marks and spencer as a Birthday present,
I liked the dress very much and wore it with pride!!!!
a month later I noticed that the zip was getting some what hard to do
up, it kept catching on the material!! then suddenly I could no longer

Hello. I do not live in the uk...but as a cabincrew...I
am in the uk 6times a month... I have been purchasing M&S sandwiches
for a very long time... Last week I purchased sandwiches at the windsor
M&S in the Uk Sandwiches for the evening and the morning... Upon bitting
into the sand. .. a large PIECE OF WOOD pierced my gum...I will be contacting
the M&S manager in London at the Oxford store to see if this can be
resolved

Visited the Kingston upon Thames store of Marks
and Spencer this morning. It was so unbearably hot in
the store I could not stay in there. Ongoing problem because it was the

Yesterday i bought a sandwich from m & s in
belfast for my lunch. imagine
my disapointment on returning to work to discover the sandwich filling
was non-existant!i bought what i thought was a chicken & bacon sandwich
but all i could taste was the dressings.i couldnt leave work to return
the sandwich & out of starvation i ate it.i wish i hadnt as i was
still starving and minus £2 for the displeasure!m&s are getting
greedy & sloppy & im most definitley not a satisfyed customer.i

I was recently at the Gateshead Metro Centre Store
of M&S on a Friday evening (6.45)with my mother. I
had a basket of food shopping and as there were long lines at the checkout
I decided to use the new self-service tills. I have used similar tills
in America at Walmart and was quite confident that I knew what I was doing.
I started to scan my shopping with ease, my mother however put down her
handbag, not knowing that it was on the scales. The till started beeping
very loudly and the screen said 'remove item' Assistant came over and
told my mother 'you're not supposed to put your bag there' and walked

We purchased a 3 piece suite from M & S in July
2001 the fabric is chenile and it started to show signs
of fading and wear almost immediately on the recliner chair. We contacted
M & S who sent a service engineer to inspect it. He asked if the chair
had faded in the sun which it had not and then promptly started to rub
it with washing up liquid. We signed the report little realising that
he had not stated this just that we were uphappy with the suite. After
several letters M & S will not accept any liability as they say it
is the charactaristic of the fabric!!

I purchased goods to the value of 100 on the M &
S website and paid a higher charge to have the goods delivered on Saturday.
I did this as I work Mon to Fri.
On Fri I came home to find a card through the door from Reality (M &
S nominated carrier) stating that they had tried to deliver the goods
but I was out (er well yes that's why I paid extra to have them delivered
Sat!!!)

I purchased 11 items in M&S in Gibralter (222)
asking if I could change them in England and was told YES,
I needed to change 3 items for differenct sizes and on taking my purchases
to the Bolton Store was told that M&S in Gibralter was a francise
and I could not exchange them. I now have thre items that I cannot use.

I've been trying to find the e-mail address of M
& S complaints dept. but none of them work to put
me in touch with the Customer Services dept. So I sent a fax on 30/12/03
- no reply so sent it agagin on 08/01/04 but not even an acknowledgement
has been forthcoming !
