DearMr Trebilcock,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I was sorry to hear of your experience with our Truro Store. Please accept my
apologies for this matter and my assurances that this does not reflect our usual
high level of service we aim to offer all our customers.

Offers available through our website are run separately to our stores and on
occasion the prices and offers to differ. This is because the stores have
overheads
above that of the on-line service.

Manufacturers make our Head office aware of decisions regarding which promotions are to be offered via store or Internet. We have no control over these prices.

Our Truro store may not have had any packages in store, although they might have
had
all the items contained in the package, they are not obliged to sell you these
as a package
as this is not how they are boxed up.

Our Plymouth store appears to have had the required package in stock, which is
why they
were able to offer you this, when the Truro store could not.
~
Please accept my apologies for any distress or inconvenience this matter may
have caused
and I hope this clarifies the Company's position regarding this matter.

Kindest Regards Liz Seach
