Dear Sirs,
We have just noticed your complaint about nadsuk.co.uk. We
have never
received a 'right of reply' e.mail.
However, we have now investigated this complaint with the fulfilment
house and have discovered
That Mr Calverts order was placed on 3rd September, the order was
dispatched by Citylink next day delivery service on 6th September and
should have arrived on 7th of September.
Therefore, it seems the
product should have been sent out no later than the 5th September.
Unfortunately, when Mr. Calvert called to complain, it appears that
he
was not dealt with correctly. In fact, he should not have been told
that the product would be sent out within 21 days. This information
does not apply to the Nad's product range.
At Head office we had no notification of Mr. Calverts complaint
until
seeing your website which is very helpful.
We take all of our customer complaints very seriously and have
now
contacted Mr. Calvert and offered him a free product as a thank you
for
pointing out this breakdown in the system.
