Dear Sirs,

I am very sorry to hear that this customer has an 'unresolved complaint'
however, after consultation with our customer service department neither they,
or i have any record of a complaint being logged by this customer.

If he can
provide me with the name of the person he spoke to then i will happily
investigate as to why his complaint has not been dealt with.

I do not have internet access at the store and am therefore unable to view the
posting so i propose the following course of action for you to pass on to the
customer.

He may telephone our customer services department on : 08707 419865 or
write to this address where upon receipt of his communication detailig exactly
what the complaint is regarding, we can decide what action to take to attempt
to resolve the situation.
