Whilst we are sorry that Mrs Lewis felt she should have been notiifed about the previous collapse of the Hotel, we can confirm that all blocks within the Complex were, after the incident, subject to, and passed, a stringent inspection by an independantly appointed structural engineer.

We are in receipt of your letter dated 18 September 2001 concerning the above holiday.
Having noted your comments we would like to explain that this department does not have sufficient access to the internet at present and therefore we do not intend to respond to the TCCL with regards to this complaint.
However, could you advise under hat capacity you are acting for the customer.

We will be sendign Mrs Lewis a letter asking that she fulfil her obligation to Thomson by putting her complaint in writing directly to our Pre Departure Customer Services Department. Following receipt of this we wil respond to her in full.
