Index take any customer complaint very seriously, and in this instance I am
liaising with my contacts in Index head office in Liverpool in order that we
can get in touch directly with the member of staff who dealt with Mr
Shooshtarian in-store, to enable us to build a full picture of what has
occurred. As soon as I have some more information on this I will get in
touch with you once more.
