Thank you for contacting us regarding Ms Mapolisa's complaint.

We are aware of the problems she's faced and regret the delays in resolving
the matter.

However, the current situation can only be resolved when Ms Mapolisa reports
the theft of the TV and VCR to her local police and gives us the crime
reference number; action that has already been requested of her by our
security department.

This will enable us to pursue the thief whilst also providing her with
either replacement goods or a refund.
