First and foremost, thank you for expressing your concerns over the level of
service you have recieved from our company, this is most unlike our usual
high standards of customer service.

As previously discussed, I am unable to authorise an immediate replacement /
refund in respect of the motherboard due to the physical damage
caused to the board. As you are aware the damaged item has been passed on to
the suppliers for repair / replacement but this may take upto 28 days.

Please accept my sinceriest apologies for the inconvenience you have been
caused whilst dealing with our company.
