We are sorry to hear the problems that Mr & Mrs Bargery
have encountered
whilst purchasing a new sofa and sideboard from BoConcept. This is not
the
level of service that we expect our customers to receive.
You may be unaware that the majority of our furniture is sourced
in Denmark
and that we do not hold stock in the UK. The sofa that was ordered is
a
modular sofa and is manufactured to the customers' specifications.
Therefore unfortunately when problems like that expressed by Mr &
Mrs
Bargery happen, it does take some time to rectify the situation.
Mr & Mrs Bargery have been sent a cheque for £220
for the inconvenience
caused to them. BoConcept also arranged for the original sofa to be
delivered once more so that Mr & Mrs Bargery have a sofa to use
whilst a
complete new sofa is manufactured in Denmark.
The new sofa will leave Denmark on the 16th May 2003 and will
be delivered
as a priority to Mr & Mrs Bargery.
