Thank you for your e-mail.

I am sorry to read of the problem you have experienced following your
purchase of a cooker package and would offer my apologies for any
inconvenience you have been caused.

I have spoken to the Management Team at the Reading store who have assured
me the oven and hob are available but the hood is still out of stock. They
are investigating into this and will contact you this afternoon to discuss
this further with you.

Again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you have been
caused.
