I was sorry to note your washing machine is currently being repaired with
our Merloni Service department and we thank you for taking the time to
e-mail
us. I can assure you your comments have indeed been noted and I
apologise for any inconvenience you have been caused.

Your annoyance is certainly understandable especially with the time it
is taking for them to complete the repair.
In some cases when parts have to be ordered this can delay the
repair,however
it is now the Insurance Company that are responsible for the machine under
extended warranty.

Again, thank you for taking the time to let us know and I am confident
the matter will soon be resolved. We do take serious account of
everything our customers tell us, and this certainly includes your own
comments.
