I was sorry to read
of the problems regarding the replacement fridge.
Unfortunately
as the fridge and freezer where not purchased as a package
but as
separate products,
we do not
have an obligation
to replace both
appliances.
Whilst we
appreciate that you
did purchase on
the same Day
they where
purchased as separates,
therefore the
Store is correct
in the procedure
they have followed.
