I can on reiterate what our Support Department has said to you on previous occasions Instant Publishing is not a service that is supported by BTOpenworld, because it is not a product that we supply. I am not aware of any future plans to provide such a product, to our customers, at the present time. We can only provide, and are only trained to provide, assistance on products that we supply to our customers. Therefore, if we do not actually provide the product to our customers, we will not provide technical support on that product. I do hope this is of some assistance to you.
