We have today received a letter from you dated 9 November, regarding
a
complaint posted on your website for a Barry Hughes.
You have advised us to view the complaint We have tried this and also
tried to log onto your website
and are unable to access either site.
Please could you provide answers to the following:
1 Why are we unable to access
the site, therefore making us unable to
answer the consumers complaint?
2 Why when the complaint was posted on
your website on 2 November, did
you not write and advise us until 9 November?
3 Are you able to email me a copy of the
complaint to enable us to
response?
