This customer needs more help than I can give him. He seems to be unable
to appreciate the reality around him and is concerned with imaginary
situations that will probably never exist, certainly don't at present
and would not be a problem in the unlikely event of them ever arising.
I have tried the explain to him and be patient with him but he, unlike
all our other 10s of 1000s of customers he seems to think that his 'special'
case needs special treatment that in fact cannot be justified on any
basis.
When he places an order (found by clicking 'order now') and thinks it's
a 'request form' you have to doubt his grasp on reality right from the
start.
