Good Morning Thank you for your email, from which I regret to hear of
the problem youhave encountered with your order.
We do try to ensure that the delivery date given at the point of sale
is accurate, from time to time we can experience delays from the suppliers.
In this instance it appears the suppliers of both table and chair orders
has advised us of a manufacturing fault found in recent batches after
the respective orders had been placed.
Unfortunately the suppliers in both cases placed a hold on stock to
ensure the fault could be rectified prior to despatching to customers,
hence the delays encountered.
I can confirm that both orders have now been fully refunded as you have
requested and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience
caused
