RE: Complaints Against Merloni

We have recently become aware of the existence of your website and are concerned about the complaints lodged against this Company. We believe that we make every effort to ensure that both our products and services are of the highest standard and are disappointed that the consumers who have lodged complaints feel that we have failed them.

We would welcome an opportunity to investigate the individual cases but are unable to do so without the full name address and product details (make, product, model number and date of purchase) for each of the consumers. We appreciate that in each case some of these details are given.

Perhaps you would kindly let us know whether you are authorised to release consumer details to us or whether such authority could be obtained. We can then undertake a full investigation and provide feedback and hopefully a resolution that will be acceptable to the consumers.

We note that you do submit Right to Reply emails to us when complaints are lodged but we cannot trace receipt of these. Perhaps we could trouble you to provide copies so that we can see whom they were sent to and if necessary update our contact details with you so that if any complaints are lodged in the future we can investigate these immediately.Many thanks in anticipation of your co-operation.
