Hi Sanjiv, I have checked your account and we sent you 2 titles on 21st October 03, these were' Final Destination2' and 'The Recruit' these DVDs were sent to: [Mr Sanjiv's address quoted]

We have proof of sending these titles from docket book signed by Royal Mail which we use every day for our dispatches.

You first wrote to us on 27th October 03 to inform us that the DVDs had not arrived with you, which I replied to confirm that they had been sent & to wait few more days. You then wrote again to confirm that the titles had still not arrived,

I replied again on 3rd November 03 and added a extra free week to your trial to allow them to arrive through the post as there was a postal strike which have have caused the delay.

The extra week expired and you was charged on 11th November 03 for 1 months rental fee as you had not requested cancellation of your account, Your account shows that your cancellation request was made on 28th November 03 and the 2 DVDs were marked off as Delayed/suspected lost on 1st December 03 when you last contacted us reagrding this.

Your has been closed since 1st December 03 and a refund arranged for the totlal amount of £14.99.
