With regards to the repair to your PS2. All repairs to your particular unit
should be arranged through Mastercare on 08709090559. Under the terms and
conditions of Coverplan if a repair takes over 6 weeks a replacement unit or
product replacement vouchers will be given to purchase a replacement of a
equivalent specification.

The issues you have with the store would need to addressed by the store manager as his staff should be aware of the procedures that would need to be followed for repair of your particular item.
