Re: complaint by Mr Y Rathore
I emailed you earlier today to see if we could discuss this over the
phone as I felt it would be easier to explain that way. However, as
time is of the essence, I thought I would try to explain the situation
as best as I can over email.
The extra lessons Mr Rathore was still due after passing his driving
test were taken over by his wife (V Shekhawat). After speaking with
his wife, the driving instructor was under the impression that Ms Shekhawat
was planning to use the lessons owed after returning from holiday in
the New Year. Ms Shekhawat is currently in India I believe. However,
as this now seems not to be the case, we will be refunding the amount
still owed into Ms Shekhawat's account. Although Mr Rathore
has implied in his letter to you that the number of hours owed is six,
the driving instructor has previously confirmed with Ms Shekhawat that
this is in fact three hours. The transfer was made this morning
and should be in Ms Shekhawat's account within 3-5 working days.
I hope this clarifies the case a bit more for you, but please do not
hesitate to contact me if you need any further information.
Best regards,
