I booked tickets through Virgin over the phone and confirmed that i wanted to
depart at 17.50. When I received the tickets this morning I found that they
had booked my ticket for 16.50instead. I called them and expalined their
error and was told that it was I who had made the mistake and not them.

As I knew that I had confirmed the booking for 17.50 I refused to accept that
I was to pay £5 more to change the time to 17.50. After going round in
circles for 10 minutes I was told by the manager Mark Richardson that an
error by their team member 'Mandy' had not been made and that this call would
be terminated which it was.

I am very annoyed, angry and upset that Virgin has treated me this way and
have not accepted responsibility for their error.

I shall write to the customer relations manager Mr Greg Thompson however I
would like any advice from you as what to do next.

Many Thanks

Miss K Gohil
