3. What if we decide the pc isnt up to our standards and we aren’t happy with it?

L's Answer:
There is a 28 day money back guarantee , that we can return the pc for any reason if we aren’t happy with it.

The Truth: There is no 28 day warranty whatsoever for any reason.

4. With this additional warranty protection what are the benefits?

L's Answer: For this £500 worth of coverage you will get your £500 refunded if you never need a technician to come out for the 5 years, and you can even call tech support as much as you like as long as the tech doesn’t come to your house you will get the £500 back at the end of the 5 years and there is a freephone number to call for any support problems you might have with the computer and I don’t know of any other companies that have a freephone number that you call for tech support. Also you would get 25% off anything bought online or instore for the duration of the insurance coverage. So that will also pay for itself if down the line you get the web cam and camcorder you were thinking of buying.

The Truth:
There is UP TO 25% off certain items not always 25% off, and you will not get your £500 refunded, there is NO freephone number to call for tech support and if we have any software problems it’s a per minute fee not even a national rate.

5. Will the pc be much faster than my husbands laptop which is 450 mhz?

L's Answer: Yes, with the windows xp it will much faster and more stable. This computer is top of the line and you shouldn’t have any problems at all with it like you would with the windows 98 your husband has on his laptop.

The Truth: This computer isn’t any faster than my husbands pc, in fact windows XP makes it far slower at everything because its far more advanced and has more to it than the older versions of windows.(According to tiny tech support)

6. We want the extra Ram and higher GB hard drive for memory so that we wont have problems with programs freezing up on us, will this amount of ram and GB hard drive be good enough to have more than 1 program running at a time?

L's Answer:
Yes, you should have more than enough and with windows XP you can have your music downloading, play a game and surf the web with no problems at all. It wont even slow it down with the amount of RAM you have and the processor speed you get with this model. And me and some of the guys have tried and tried to crash the system because it was so easy to do on the old windows but no matter what we have tried with this new windows XP its literally impossible to crash it that’s how stable it is.

The Truth:
If you are downloading music everything will be extra slow, and the computer will reboot itself quite a few times if you have more than 1 program working at a time. Just playing 1 computer game by itself can be enough to freeze the pc and have to reboot. Just burning a cd on NERO can be enough to lock up the pc and shut it down, just surfing on the web and playing my music has caused it to just reboot itself. The pc has done this repeatedly since we got it, now over 40 times and counting.
