Dear Sir/Madam I sent an email on the 21st October cancelling my order, I also called your company on Monday the 22nd confirming I was cancelling my order. I spoke to a lady who said my account would be refunded within 2-3 days. I now see that you have ingnored this request and sent the goods as of the 26th October. I repeat this order was cancelled on the 21st October. There has been no monies refunded, so please can you refund my £447.48 which you debited from account on the 4th October.
