EMAIL TO TIMEX FROM CUSTOMER ON 20 JULY 2001.
As time is passing with no word, my anger and resentment towards your company
is growing. Why has no decision been made towards compensation? I would greatly
appreciate being kept up-to-date. Miss T Davies FROM

EMAIL TO TIMEX FROM CUSTOMER ON 6 JULY 2001. To
Support @ Timextra, Here is the e-mail sent to complaints@timextra.com on
the 28th June 2001. (REFER TO DEDICATED PAGE) Apparently you did not receive
this one. My father has (finally) received his delayed Father's Day present
today, but I feel this is not good enough. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you
are required to deliver the item to me within a reasonable time, and I feel that
your service has not fulfilled this. As a good-will gesture, I feel monetary compensation
for the inconvenience caused to my family and for the poor customer service that
your company has given me, would go a long way to resolve my anger and disappointment
with this matter. Yours sincerely, Tania Davies FROM

REPLY FROM CUSTOMER
This is not good enough. Do you always take 17 working days to reply to an
e-mail? Please respond to my e-mail dated 28th June. I am very displeased with
your service and am considering taking further action. Tania Davies.
