I refer to your E-Mail dated Wednesday 18th July 11:34AM in which you
stated that Miva Access would be available within 48 hours.
When I spoke to Matt during the afternoon of Friday 20th July he denied
that this was ever promised to me, stating that in reality I would be
very lucky if Miva Access was available within the next 7-10 days.
I have been very patient with Freezone over this matter since my site
has now been down due to problems with your servers since Friday 6th July.
This as you are quite aware is certainly not the first time there have
been problems with your servers,there have been many outages, all of which
have been logged by myself and recorded by Internetseer.
In view of the fact that you are unable to restore my E-commerce site
to date, I have no alternative than to move it to another hosting company
as suggested by both Stuart and Matt.
Please therefore confirm to me by 3pm today that you will now refund my
hosting payment in full, which amounts to £281.86.
Barry will be in contact with you later this morning to make the necessary
arrangements to have www.fengshui-emporium.co.uk and www.fengshui-emporium.com
transferred to another hosting company.
