I asked for the supervisor of Collections Kim T who was in work from 10-6 and sent her an e: mail detailing the above.

4:00 Called Collections department and asked for Kim as I had not heard from her and was told she was on holiday! So I asked for the duty supervisor -Sally J-who was busy but got her e: mail and sent a copy of the above.

5:35 Go home from work and found a disconnection notice waiting for me.

5:45 Talked to Sally J who gave me (correct?) another e: mail address and went through the above details - She asked me to send her the above message again and would ask Robin W in the Billing department to put a hold or note on my account.

8:20 to 9:15 Tried to call 0800 052 0453 with the line engaged or telling me to call back in core office hours!?

9:20 Talked to Ben S on 0800 052 0456 who disagreed that there was a problem with the other number and put me through to an engaged tone!

9:25 Talked to Ben S who said he would put me through to Kim T as there was a problem but (after waiting for 10 minutes in the queue) I talked to Colin Saturn who put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back saying Ben and Kim were reading my e:mail and Kim T would call me back.

15:20 talked to Colin on 0800 052 0453 who was going to transfer me but Kim was then on another call and would get back to me;I asked to hold and did for 15 minutes but was told she would be quite a while and would call me back.
