I am not quite sure what you require I
again attach my letter which explains
the situation which I sent to MFI on the 25th March. I received
a phone
call from you to say you were no longer willing to service this
machine
without a charge. I did ask for this to be sent to me in writing
also
detailing that they acknowledged in the previous year since purchase
the
machine had been serviced 9 times, to date I have not received
this written
response.
As you can imagine I reiterate that this machine received 9 services
last
year alone and still does not work so my concern is how many services
is it
going to receive this year that you expect me to pay for in an
item that has
never properly worked since purchase.
