Hello, I am writing from Istanbul,Turkey. My complaint is about a Marks & Spencer woven grey jacket I had bought from sale two yrs ago. Inner RED woven pocket dyed the jacket when washed by hand. The company offered to pay the two year ago season price though bought from sale. However, due to high inflation rates in TR, the refund offered is not enough to buy the same jacket from the same company now. It is possible to buy a similar one from M&S by adding at least the same amount of money I will be given.

Why shall I pay money to get my jacket back? Should I do the refund or the company? (Meanwhile they have accepted that it is mistake of their own). I think M&S should modify their procedures according to country realities. The procedure may be suitable to countries where exchange rates are nearly stable. But, here, in our case, it is really funny. As the personnel here in TR were not helpful on this issue at all, I preferred to ask for your help. I was really disappointed with M&S, as an international company. Thank you,
