We were most concerned to hear that one of your site visitors recently felt cause to complain about one of our stores, and we have spoken to the staff in question to fully understand what has occurred.

Our Luton store manager is adament in his opinion that the lawn mower that Mr Shooshtarian wished to return had been used. As such we are unable to resell it and therefore cannot accept it as returned goods and refund the cost to Mr Shooshtarian. We are however sympathetic to Mr Shooshtarian’s situation and would therefore, as a gesture of goodwill, like to offer him vouchers to the value of £30 to spend in any Littlewoods Index store.

These vouchers will be sent directly to Mr Shooshtarian if you are able to provide a postal address for him, or we can send them to clik2complaints.co.uk for you to forward, if the customer would prefer."
