Dear Mr. Martin,

To start off, I a Mr, and not a Ms. I already pointed out the error out in my letter dated August 2nd and would appreciate if you could here in after get at least that right.

Secondly, in regards to your offer, I will point you to the last paragraph of my letter dated September 17th. Ikea has caused so many frustrations and anger that I am not ready to compromise. Before proceeding, you should seriously reread all my letters, as you have delegated the response of some of them to others. For what you are offering, I would rather take Ikea to court and see its name mentioned in the media, news groups, and consumer web sites as a warning to others.

For the past three weeks, Ikea Kitchens in Croydon featured on the front page of the Consumer List web site at http://www.clik2complaints.co.uk/. Furthermore, all our correspondence appears as the fourth entry when doing a search on Ikea Kitchens in Google. Comments from other Ikea Kitchen customers are quickly being added to our correspondence, and this is just the beginning, as I have been busy with work.

My demands are still for a compensation of 400 GBP. In regards to receipts, I will gladly let you have the receipt from the extra cost incurred from the builders. How do you however expect a receipt on my lost vacation days alongside all the time you have made me waste? Should you want to contact our corporate accountant, I will be glad to pass on his details to you.

As usual, copies of this letter have been sent to IKEA's managing director Mr. Göran Nilsson, and to the Consumer Complaint List Website.

My warmest regards,

Mr. FC
