2. The branch name and number -- if an airport store you must include

correct
terminal number. (the branch number is at the top of your receipt)
3. Purchase date within 1 month
4. Make and model of purchase
5. Product number (if known)
6. Receipt number
7 Serial number of the machine
8 dated when repairs have been carried out.
8 Any ID numbers given by PCSC
