On 18 December, Superfi claimed £194.94 from my Visacard,
for goods which I ordered, but which never arrived.
I received an email from them on the 22nd of December, stating
that the order had been despatched and should hopefully be with
me before christmas. On the 28th of December, I had still not
received the goods and sent them another email.
I received a reply on the 29th of December stating that it had
been sent by Parcelforce 24 hour delivery service and that I should
have received it by now. They said they would chase it up with
Parcelforce themselves.
I have heard nothing from them since then, despite having sent
several emails to them. (the line was always busy when I tried
to phone). They have ignored my request for a refund of the money
they withdrew from my account.

A Right of Reply letter and email has been sent to the company.
Anyone else out there who has had any dealings- positive or negative
with this company? Please let us hear from you.

Superfi claimed that their DAB TUNER
Pur DRX701 would sound better than my analogue tuner.
I bought the item and found that they were wrong and pointed out
that they sold me the item based on false claims. Despite the fact
that I returned the item in 48hours they have refuse to refund me
the money paid.
