Unfortunately i feel the need to
complain about Sky.
On the 28/11/03 my wife and i decided to treat ourselves to sky+.We
are long standing customers of Sky.
We went online to look into having sky+ installed,it all looked
great,a special offer of 1.00 installation if booked online, guaranteed
installation before Christmas,so we decided to book and paid 200.00.
First date given 04/12/03,no engineer, not even a call to say they
weren,t coming,numerous calls later,date given 14/12/03 no engineer.
Lots more phone calls. Unable to speak to anyone in authority, totally
and absolutely frustrated, passed from pillar to post, still waiting
for a call from somebody at Sky, but they soon took our money.
