Complainant:
Mr Leung Sze
Town/City of Residence:
London

I have started the connection of mobile phone with the company(Singlepoint 4u) since 07/04/00. and I also paid the plan of phone 4 life every month from the date above til now (22 months).

I have asked to claim it many times, but their different staff told me the different things. when I bought the phone, they said that after a year I could claim this plan for any mobile phone for free, then I tried to claim it, but they said no and I could only claim the really cheap one, or I could wait for few more months, then do.

okay, 2 months ago, I phoned twice again, they also said the same thing, but they promised me I could claim any phone up to 200 pounds free on Feburary 2002.

ok, I just wait again. but today, I phoned again and said I wanted to claim the motorola v60. but they said no again, they do not stock v60, even v50 I have to pay another 100 pounds for it. I have checked the catalogue they do stock v60 and the price only 199 pounds.

I have not decided, it is just a waste of my time and money with that company. I have sent this email to complain about their services, what can they do for me, and how they could keep the customers with this awful services.
