I have made a group booking through RyanAir to fly from Stansted to Newquay. The flights are all paid for. I contacted them on Saturday to confirm the details of each passenger.

I was then told that due to British Summer Time, the flights have been re-scheduled. Our original flight was leaving Stansted at 3:45pm but has now been re-scheduled to depart at 8:05pm, due to arrive at 9:15pm. This is a Friday night! We have our accomodation from midday and will not get to use the facilities.

Our flight home is now 9:40pm, which obviously means a much later night than any of the group had anticipated.

These re-scheduled flights also have knock on effects.
A). Holiday that can't be cancelled.
B). Transport to and from the airport is now effected.
C). Plans for the Friday evening are now rendered useless.
These are just the obvious reprecussions.

We are not at all happy with this service and believe that I would not of found out these changes until a week before we depart. It's discusting and feel totally cheated now that they have our money.

The only solution they offered us was to take the earlier flight....6:45am!

The weekend is a disaster before we even arrive!!!

On the 3rd July I traveled with Ryanair from Stansted to Ciampino (Rome). When I arrived at the check in the clerk was talking to a colleague next to hime. Without even looking at me he pressed the conveyor belt button and my luggage disapeared without being checked in. After a 45 minute wait I was told my luggage had been found and they would put a bagage check on it. When I arrived at Ciampino my bag did not arrive. I was told it would be on the next flight and would be delivered to my hotel.

I rang the airport several times a day for 5 days and was told it would be on the next flight. I returned to London on 7th July and still no trace of my luggage. I have not had one letter or call from anyone at Ryanair despite making at leat 50 calls and sending 4 letters. I have received no form of appology from any of their staff whom I have found rude and completely unsypathetic to the situation. My holiday was completely ruined and I also packed all my work from a degree course I am doing which was almost a years work.

I have been told by Ryan in Dublin on 19/7 that they wuill no longer look for my case. I have never encountered such a complete lack of customer service and was even told by one member of their staff that Ryanair only care about getting people from A-B and I should not expect my lugage to transported.
