I have been a customer with one2one for about 4 years and I have
recently upgraged my tarrif to a precept max and have also upgraded
my handset to a nokia 6210.
The phone has gone faulty and they are trying to make out how
it is my fault and how there is going to be a charge. The problem
with the phone is that the screen is half working and the phone
itself switches off when it wants to.
I explained this to one lady one the phone today at about 11:15am
today (15th october) she was being rude on the phone I asked her
how I can make a complaint she didnt answer. Then I told her that
if I get charged for the phone being faulty then I don't want
to be a customer of theirs and I threatened to pull out of my
contract with them she said that they will take me to court and
it will affect my credit rating.
All I want is my phone working I never asked for the threats.
Please could you contact me and guide me to what I can do about
this?
