There has been constant problem with service of email and website
hosting from this company.
Their website (www.one2host.com)
advertise 99.9% up time and our email has been up 3 days in the
last 3weeks. Our webpage (www.expanetshawaii.com)
is STILL not assessible. [on 4 August 2003]
We have continued to contact support and they state there is a
definate problem with the server our information is hosted on.
They said we need to email brian@one2host.com and DEMAND our site
and email be moved to another location. We have sent numerous
emails and received no assistance from "Brian".
Unfortunately, we did not find the complaints listed below by
other unhappy customers until it was too late!
