"Someone from Moben has contacted my husband. She has assured
him that everything will be taken care of.
He got a phone call on Nov. 29th to inform us that the doors would
be
delivered to the fitter, and that he would arrange to fit the doors
directly
with us. The following week, one door, the glass door, was delivered
to our
house while we were not at home. It was left with a note, I'm not
sure if
it was left on the door step outside or inside our vestibule (it
is possible
either one of our neighbors, or a painter/decorator we have employed,
received it from the delivery person). Anyhow, it is still 12 days
since
the phone call to my husband, and we still haven't heard from anyone
else
regarding the four other doors. My husband, is now dealing with
the issue. If we get any further information, we can let you know.Thank
you again"

We placed our order for a Moben Kitchen
early August 2003, costing £6,600. Initially
we couldn't believe our luck, all our contact with the company was
first-class from the Sales Rep to the Fitters, who were really nice
guys. The kitchen was very well fitted, we were pleased with the
quality. However, we noticed a couple of dents on the range cooker
after the fitters left, we also had one door to fit, which was missing
from original order. I telephoned Moben who told me that when the
fitter returned to fit the door he could survey the damage to the

Cant belive im not the only one goin through
hell at the moment.we had our kitchen done in may
2002 still major problems. bad wiring, drawers melting, had 4 fitters
out 2 not corgi reg, sent wrong things (ie)cooker, sink, had cooker
moved twice from bad design. have had kitchens direct health and
safety out. right now thinking of taking kitchens direct to court.
has we have from day one video proof and still videoing today.
