Ideal Shopping Direct has some direct points to
address with its frustrated customer:
1.Goods delivered 8 days later than stated.
2.Goods were faulty when used for the first time.
3.Returned to ideal shopping. They state damaged goods will be
replaced immediately.
4.As none were available I am told it could be 10 to 14 days before
they recredit my switch account. why?
5.Their customer services tell a different story every time I
phone.
6. I phoned customer services every day this week ending 070901
